Specificity of the anti-PtrBGL6 antibody. Glucosidase activities for six substrates in supernatant before and after immunoprecipitation with 20 µg of anti-PtrBGL6 antibody. Protein fractions were incubated with 5 mM of each substrate for 30 min. Fractions incubated without substrates served as background. WIB cell wall ionically bound protein fraction.
