Synergistic effects of GtCel12A with commercial cellulase on filter paper and HPAC-pretreated lignocellulose. Purified GtCel12A with 10 FPU g−1 cellulase was used on the 3% (w/v) of the HPAC-pretreated substrates in 50 mM citrate buffer (pH 4.8) at 48 °C for 24 h. Control: GtCel12A alone, (−): cellulase alone, (+): cellulase with GtCel12A, increase rate: increase in the amount of released sugar (%). Error bars indicate ± SD
